DAVID PINET
Lawyer

David Pinet has been a member of Lebray & Associés since 1998.

He is bilingual and is a recognised expert in the field of commercial law and distribution law, primarily for the benefit of foreign clients who have business interests in France.

He also has an acknowledged expertise in the field of commercial leases.

He regularly lectures in distribution law and commercial lease law, and writes articles in legal periodicals.

David Pinet qualified in French law and English law (1995), a Graduate Research Degree in Private Law and a Graduate Degree in European Legal Counsel Practices from Paris X University in Nanterre (1996), as well as an LLB from the University of Westminster in London (1995). He is a member of the AFEC and of the International Association of Lawyers, where he actively participates in the commissions on contract law and real estate law.

DELPHINE POIDATZ-KERJEAN
Lawyer

Delphine Poidatz-Kerjean joined Lebray & Associés in 2004.

She specialises in corporate law and has developed expertise in compliance-related matters through the implementation of whistleblowing channels for the French subsidiaries of foreign groups.

She advises listed and unlisted French and foreign groups on their growth operations or regarding governance issues. Her work also includes advising clients, which include investment funds, on private equity transactions, as well as commercial litigation.

Delphine Poidatz-Kerjean graduated from Paris II Assas University with a Graduate Degree in European Business Law and a Graduate Research Degree in Business Law.

She is a member of the Compagnie des Conseils et Experts Financiers (CCEF), where she sits on the business valuations and transfers committee and the business financing and development committee.

She provides services in French and English.

PHILIPPE LEBRAY
Honorary lawyer

Philippe Lebray began as a legal counsel at Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton, then was one of the founding partners of Bignon & Lebray and Lebray, Gaillot, Gravel, before he set up Lebray & Associés in 1998.

He is specialized in business law, and primarily advises the French subsidiaries of foreign groups.

Philippe Lebray is a graduate of Lille University, the Paris Institute of Political Studies and New York University. Philippe Lebray has been an honorary lawyer since 2016.
